I was treated poorly here. They deposited my funds into the wrong account, and then told me their system was down so I couldn't retrieve my funds. They were nasty about it. And then a few weeks later that same branch accidentally debited funds from my account and cause me overdraft fees. According to my usual branch these people should be fired. They're also so rude.
